Counties in Wisconsin, Tennessee, Arizona, Pennsylvania, Minnesota and More Flooded with Requests for 2020 Election Records as Mandatory Preservation Window Expires

With the recent expiration of the federally mandated 2-year window for preservation of 2020 presidential election records, counties across the country have been inundated with public records requests from Americans concerned about election integrity.

During his “Moment of Truth Summit” last month spotlighting 2020 presidential election irregularities, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell exhorted “every single person in the country” to ask for cast vote records from the election from their local county clerk’s office. His website links to the Ordros Analytics, Inc., website, which provides templates of public records requests for cast vote records.

Pennsylvania Supreme Court Strikes Down State’s School Mask Mandate

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Friday ruled to strike down Governor Tom Wolf’s statewide mask mandate for schools.

The challengers of the mandate, including Pennsylvania Senate President pro tempore Jake Corman (R-Centre) and State Representative Jesse Topper (R-Bedford), argued that the decision of masking should be left to local school boards or parents, not the state government.

Watchdog Group Calls for Further Investigation into Wisconsin Election Following Audit Report

The Wisconsin Legislative Audit Bureau (LAB) on Friday released its findings of an audit on the state’s November 2020 election.

Based on its findings, the group recommended 30 recommendations to the Wisconsin Elections Commission for improving the election process, 18 of which are “issues for legislative consideration.”

California Recall Ballot Design Opens Door to Possible Fraud

A flaw in the ballot design for California’s recall election, which takes place in less than three weeks, is raising eyebrows among voters. 

Photographs taken by several voters show that the envelopes in which ballots are placed have a circular hole, allowing envelope handlers to see whether the voter voted “Yes” or “No” to recall embattled Gov. Gavin Newsom (D).
