Senator Ron Johnson Calls for ‘Maximum Transparency’ as More UFOs Are Shot Down

U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-WI) said ‘maximum transparency” from the Biden administration is critical after the U.S. military shot down yet  another unidentified flying object over the weekend — this time near Wisconsin airspace.

Congress Classifies UFOs as Not Man-Made

Congress claims that not all unidentified flying objects (UFOs) are man-made in a new budget for U.S. clandestine services.

In an addendum report to the Intelligence Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023, Congress noted, “Temporary nonattributed objects, or those that are positively identified as man-made after analysis, will be passed to appropriate offices and should not be considered under the definition as unidentified aerospace-undersea phenomena.”

‘Sci-Fi Becoming Reality’ as New Government Office Studies UFOs

The U.S. will establish a new government program that will investigate unidentified aerial phenomena, also known as UFOs, TODAY reported.

The National Defense Authorization Act called for the creation of the permanent office and was a part of a bipartisan effort spearheaded by Democratic Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand of New York. “I really see this as trying to know what is knowable and not having a head in the sand perspective on this,” she told TODAY.

Defense Department Announces New Investigation Division for UFOs

The Department of Defense announced the creation of a new division to investigate UFOs in a statement on Wednesday.

Deputy Secretary of Defense Kathleen Hicks directed the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security to create the Airborne Object Identification and Management Synchronization Group (AOIMSG), the statement said. The new division will serve as a successor to the Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Task Force that worked under the U.S. Navy.
