Government employees in four states are violating federal laws and assisting the Left by providing voter information, a conservative legal group argues in suing those states.

The Thomas More Society alleges in its lawsuits against Michigan, Minnesota, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin that the Electronic Registration Information Center, also known as ERIC, shares voter information with at least one left-leaning nonprofit.

Wisconsin Voters Sue over Alleged Mishandling of Military Absentee, Mail-In Ballots

Veterans and voters represented by the Thomas More Society, a conservative non-profit public interest law firm, filed a lawsuit against the Wisconsin Election Commission for allegedly mishandling military absentee ballots.

The group on Friday asked the Waukesha County Circuit Court to order state election officials to “sequester,” or set aside, all military absentee or mail-in ballots before the election.

Five Wisconsin Cities Face Lawsuits over Unmanned Voting Drop Boxes

The Thomas More Society on Thursday announced it has filed lawsuits on behalf of voters in Wisconsin’s five largest cities over illegal unmanned absentee voting drop boxes.

Green Bay, Kenosha, Madison, Milwaukee and Racine face lawsuits for reportedly using the drop boxes, which are prohibited by Wisconsin election law.

The Amistad Project released the full video on Friday of Wisconsin nursing home patients who had absentee ballots cast in their name for the 2020 presidential election.

The video shows Amistad Project attorney Erick Kaardal interviewing seven Wisconsin families of nursing home patients who had absentee ballots cast for them during the 2020 presidential election despite the fact that they are in poor health. The patients’ families attested that they are unable to vote.
